Cancellation policy
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
Refunds
We aim to have satisfied customers Kbamboo has a “no quibble return policy and will accept exchanges within 14 days “
Items returned must be in the original packaging, unused and original condition.
The cost of returning the goods to us and re-delivery will be the customers responsibility.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged within 90 days. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@kbamboo.ie.
Shipping returns
Shipping will be calculated at the checkout, you will receive an email to confirm your dispatch and a link with the delivery details that you can track.

If you are returning bed linen, we advise using a trackable shipping service to guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Error in products
Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery if the product is incorrect or you were left short. If on receipt of delivery it is damaged, please note with the courier or refuse to accept as we accept no responsibility if items are then missing..
